Information provided through Helmio is for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided by Helmio constitutes investment advice, financial planning, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or replace any security or investment.
You remain responsible for your own financial and investment decisions.
3. Read-Only Account Access
Helmio may connect to brokerage accounts through third-party providers using read-only permissions.
Helmio cannot place trades, transfer funds, withdraw money, or modify your brokerage accounts.

Information may be provided by brokerage firms, financial-data providers, market-data providers, and other third parties.
Helmio does not guarantee that all portfolio data, calculations, analytics, reports, or insights will always be complete, current, or error-free.
5. AI-Generated Content
Helmio may use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, explanations, insights, and other content based on portfolio data and analytics.
AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, protect access to your account, and use Helmio only for lawful purposes.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain Helmio features require a paid subscription.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until cancelled.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider.
8. Intellectual Property
Helmio software, designs, branding, analytics, reports, graphics, content, and related materials are owned by Helmio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helmio will not be liable for investment losses, trading decisions, lost profits, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or losses resulting from reliance on information provided through the service.
